What is the difference between strategic workforce planning and talent reviews?

All three terms are used for the same HR process, which consists of evaluating the company's workforce. It all depends on the name chosen by the company. The term "Talent Review" is more commonly used in Anglo-Saxon companies, and the older term "Personnel Review" will be used in companies that are historically established in France.  

I don't like the idea of a 9 Box for my employees, because this format doesn't correspond to the performance management strategy defined by our HR policy. So what do you offer?
